The hair is beautiful, it feels good and has no odor…. The communication was amazing from the start of my purchase too the end. I made two different purchases, but for one of the order I mixed the lengths up they help me fix it right away and then three days after I purchased was delivered (ohh yeah delivery was super fast I order on Monday night was here Thursday) I still couldn’t find it my neighbor had taken it and put it up for me and they were very patient with me
